Weight loss- Week Two- Status Report

I was feeling a bit off this past week, though I did workout two days, I ate amazingly well, however I indulged a bit more than I normally would.

I got on the scale last night with a bit of trepidation only to find, I'd lost 4.9 pounds. HECK YEA!!

I did notice a change on Wednesday. I was with Dave and he wrapped his arms around me to give me a hug, and the hug felt different, He would fully wrap me into his arms.. it was awesome! This is well worth that amazing feeling, because even he commented on it.

This week I found:

*I love working out with my daughters. We have had so much fun doing dance cardio together!

*I went to volunteer for a the roller derby girls here in Denver on Sunday, I plan on being fit enough to tryout in June. Next up.. buying skates!

*I have great incentive to do more cardio, watching those girls skate, I need all I can get!

Water, Water, Water, it is the key component in weight loss.

How did your week go? What favorite exercise did you learn?

I hope everyone had a great week!
Keep up the good work!

Are you really going to try out for the roller derby girls? That is so cool!

You go girl! 4.9lbs is awesome! I lost 2lbs but that is because I was sick on Wednesday...I worked out 5 days this week and watched what I ate, but thanks to being sick (not that I enjoyed it) that is why I lost anything. I will have to try double hard this week!

Can't wait to hear more about this roller derby!

Right on.

I'm going to derby tonight (gotta show off little man!)

Skates. They are so fucking expensive. You aware of exactly how much you are getting yourself into? ($500~ish for a pair of average skates)
