Exercising with baby

I asked a question to one of the ladies the other day, themomjen, and she came up with a WONDERFUL answer.

What are the best exercises for all the Mommy “problem” areas, that you can do.. USING your children as the weights/props? This is such a great question, I consulted a website that has some really good ideas, check it out!!

Here are some of the great points!

Walk the walk.

Take a hike.

Experiment with yoga and Pilates. ( I will stand beside this one!)

Get in the swim.

Do a little dance.

Pop in a DVD.

Join a "mommy and me" class.

Don't forget your Kegels.
