I love this whole bloggy world. I can find crafts, new mom friends, WAHMs that are willing to help me out and then… weight loss blogs. I found one last night on accident and I’m totally into it. It helps that I decided to start working out this past Monday, and I’ve found it to be invigorating. I’m not sure why I didn’t do it sooner. I have analyzed my reasoning, and I think it’s because I was dating and just made it to where I felt unattractive so the man would feel secure. This is one of the first times in my life that I’ve been so fully single. It’ll be a year in July, and I really have grown a lot since he and I split up.
This is my next logical step in my life and my happiness. With six kids, it’s all about taking care of me and them!
So… here I am. 34 years old, and weighing less than I did when I was pregnant, but more than I should be. I’m going to enter my stats because; well… it helps me have a good perception of my weight loss and my progress in all areas of my life.
I am also going to add inspirational quotes, meals, workout’s that I have done throughout the week that I like and the ups and downs of working out. (Heck, I might even add a funny story!)
So, this will be my post for tomorrow. I hope ya’ll look for it, and get involved! Even if you are skinny (Crystal )… you can come and support! It’s week #1 for me, but some of them are on week 12, and they can use the help!
