Fitness Friday

I have had a really bad week fitness wise! I haven’t done anything exercise wise. However, July 2nd my tooth is coming out, and by July 7th I will be able to exercise once again!

I am working on drinking a lot of water to see how much weight I can lose just by dropping water weight, it’s a start right?

Ok… now for my weight.
My starting weight in all of this is….

218 pounds.

I know... it’s sad. I’m 5’9” and it’s all in my butt, thighs, stomach (if you want to call the flabby jack that), and it’s very apparent in my face. I’m thinking I need to take measurements of my face just to see how much I lose there.
My ankles and wrists are tiny though, I swear that one day my fat butt is going to snap my ankles like a twig!

So, I’m not as motivated as I could be, but I will get there!

July 7th, the ticker goes on, the money counter starts up and I will start on my 50 pound weight loss.

I know this doesn't have to do with FF, but I love the pics of your kids :) Do you change them often, or did I just happen to visit when you changed them? :)

I haven't been following my exercise routine either. I'll be interested in see how losing water weight goes for you. I had a friend that lost 7 pounds by giving up pop and drinking water. Good luck!
