Love Words - Week 14

Unforgettable in every way

And forever more, that's how you'll stay

That's why, darling, it's incredible

That someone so unforgettable

Thinks that I am unforgettable too

We are not the same persons this year as last;

nor are those we love.
It is a happy chance if we, changing,
continue to love a changed person.

Love Words - Week 5

I always thought that there was this one perfect person for everybody in the world, you know,

and when you found that person the rest of the world kind of magically faded away, and, you know,

the two of you would just be inside this kind of protective bubble, but there is no bubble,

I mean if there is you have to make it, I just think life is more than a series of moments,

you know, we can make choices, and we can choose to protect the people we love, and that's what

makes us who we are and those are the real memories

Love Words - Week 3

(Click on for photo credits)

It is wrong to think that love comes from long companionship
and persevering courtship. Love is the offspring of spiritual
affinity and unless that affinity is created in a moment, it
will not be created for years or even generations.

Love Words - Week 2

We were given to hands to hold
Two legs to walk, Two eyes to see, Two ears to listen....
But why only one heart??
Because the other one was givin to someone for us to find.

A thought of love

An excerpt from "A Farewell to Arms"
by Ernest Hemingway

At night, there was the feeling that we had come home, feeling no longer alone, waking int he night to find the other one there, and not gone away; all other things were unreal. We slept when we were tired and if we woke the other one woke too so one was not alone. Often a man wishes to be alone and a woman wishes to be alone too and if they love each other they are jealous of that in each other, but I can truly say we never felt that. We could feel alone when we were together, alone again the others. We were never lonely and never afraid when we were together.
