I LOVE figuring out a new meal every week from Joanna's site!
3 Potatoes Sliced
2 Red onions
6 mini yellow and red peppers
9 Pork chops
Sprinkling of Teriyaki sauce
1.) Make sure the pork chops are not bigger than 1 inch thick.
2.) Slice potatoes, onions and peppers, toss in the seasoning mix. Spread out on a cookie sheet.
3.) Sprinkle seasoning over pork chops
4.) Place pork chops in 9x13 cake pan. (I coated the pan with a chili infused oil to keep the chops from sticking)
5.) Cook both pans side by side in 425 degree oven. Turning every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.
