So, I now am down to FIVE children who will go see the elephants, trapeze artists and beautiful dressage dancing horses with me.

I am down to 5 children who will sit in the audience of hundreds of people with eyes as wide as saucers "Ohh"s and "Ahh"s echoing off the canvas walls.

I am down to 5 children who will pass around the cotton candy, our fingers sticky from the sugar. Our faces painted with glitter and heads in a halo of glowing lights and shakey LED wands that the little ones will cling to even in their sleep when we go home!

I love the excitement that is tangible in the air, it's like every magical night here in Colorado. Crisp cool Autumn air, the scent of popcorn, the sound of vendors and children squealing at each balloon animal and coin that is pulled from the back of their ear.
