Tykes on Trikes (Colorado Parade)

Tykes on Trikes (and other wheels too!) is coming up this Saturday, August 16^th! The parade to celebrate kids and raise awareness about children's issues this election season will be led by Mayor John Hickenlooper and his wife Helen Thorpe.

The Tykes on Trikes festivities will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Civic Center Park in Denver. Following the parade, elected officials will welcome parade participants and several community organizations will provide free food, complimentary day passes to museums, live music, face painting, voter registration, and other fun activities.

Come out on August 16th by telling all of your friends and neighbors about Tykes on Trikes (and other wheels too!). We want kids age 0-99 or higher, on trikes, bikes, strollers, scooters, wheelchairs, etc… and parents/ guardians without or without wheels are welcome too!.

I plan to go to this on Saturday morning, any other Colorado mom's want to meet up? I'll have my two little ones, (in their double stroller :) ).
