I work with my weight constantly, I do yoga when I can, I run, use the recumbent bike and well... eat enough to make sure that I need to do all those things.
However my favorite exercise to do, is yoga. I love how it feels, I love the energy I get and I love it when my kids do it with me. I find that when the DVD goes into the player.. I get a ton of kids around me doing the same movements and feeling great after a half hour workout.
There are a ton of places you can get yoga videos, some of them seem to be so old that they are made from the 70's or you get some that are full of lively, happy and energetic yoga instructors. I don't want lively and energetic, I want calming, mellow and trained instructors. I found some new ones on a website today and that is not the only thing they have
