Thank you for stopping by the “A Moment For Me” meme. A Moment For Me is all about encouraging you to stop neglecting yourself. It is important that we take moments to do something we enjoy, something that is relaxing, something to pamper ourselves, etc. You are encouraged to find a few moments in your week, do a little something for yourself, and then share it to encourage others. It can be 5 minutes or a weekend at the spa – the length of time doesn’t matter – just as long as you make sure that YOU do not get lost in the shuffle of everyday life.
This week, I did get to sleep in just as Christy from Shake the Salt!

Saturday night, I finally got off the phone with D around 1 or 2 and drifted off to sleep. My girls didn’t wake me up until 9am. I haven’t slept until 9am since… well… it’s been a while!
Now, it made me a tad late to his house for Disney on Ice, however, we gave ourselves plenty of time, and even ended up going to a job site for him.
It was relaxing; I could stir and wake myself up talking to the girls (Who at this point had resorted to throwing things at each other…).
I am a night owl, and rarely get to bed before midnight, so any extra sleep I can get is wonderful on my body.

For one that drink sounds heavenly right about now...I have gotten myself sick and well I think I'll have Zack make a run to the liquor store and pick those things up! : ) Sounds like you had a nice relaxing weekend.

After putting the boys to bed I sat downstairs alone in the dark silence sipping a hot chocolate. It was heavenly.
I had my nails painted bright red yesterday!
