I got to see D, which was really nice after so long.
We seem to have a strange issue that pops up between us, but I think we are slowly whittling away at it. Hours seem to pass with almost no quiet pauses. We can talk about anything, politics, kids, ex's, private conversations, the topics seem to be endless. It was nice, he laid across my legs while we talked, that was really cool, it showed a comfort and a trust.
He and I both like food, a lot. His palate seems to be a little more willing to eat... icky stuff. (He is a bachelor after all, and Totino's seems to be a food group for most single men, no matter what age.)
However, when we are together we tend to make some pretty tasty meals. So last night it was seasoned Mahi-Mahi fillets on the grill then made into fish tacos with a black bean and corn salsa and a spicy ranch dressing.
Oh yea... it was that good!
For his first time ever grilling fish, I'm impressed, he's a fast learner. I was of no help, I'm still learning the whole grilling thing! Keep grilling Mahi-Mahi baby, and I'm in!
It was a great meal, not that I expected any less. Later on in the evening we had some german chocolate cake, that too was FAB! Adding to the fab of that was a bouquet of beautiful flowers he managed to grab while he was at the store.... pretty cool huh? I was all giggly inside about it...
So all in all, despite our weird nightly conversations, we are good. Waiting until Wednesday to see him again, but he has his son for the first time in a week, and I am sure he was so excited to see the little man.
So.. here are some pictures I promised of him. I will get some of he and I together as soon as I can figure out how to get both of us in there! :)
Hope ya'll had a good weekend!

Oh, he's cute! Your night sounds like alot of fun!!! And yummy!!!
Aww... You know I've been following up your love story, and I'm really happy to see that your path is being shared with someone who's worth you. I do like the way his eyes look, they're clear. And he's charming! And knows how to cook! LOL Hmm... I sense something here to last. :o)
Kisses from Nydia.
